This phone has had problems since the day I got it. The back of the phone was literally coming off the same day I got it. I've only had the phone for 4 months now and its already completely shot, I'm guessing a hardware issue because my service will just stop working and it says my sim is active but mobile network unknown. It'll be like that for a couple hours and then just start working again, it's really inconvenient. Then the charging port was being glitchy and now it's just stopped working altogether. So here I am having to buy another phone after only 4 months... frustrating.
