We paid for phone. But after 12 to 15 days it start acting up. We thought it must be android home apps. So we stopped which ever plus put a hold on downloading more app. After. Closing apps, the battery started draining! How strange? Then I contacted walmart for help and all I got is 15% refund. Then I contacted other repair business around our town and found out cost of battery replacement is $75. Then I tried to contact real seller cuz walmart was in middle,they got in touch with 24hours but after exchange lot of queries yes or no or maybe so.. all that help I received was sending phone back to them. That will take time more than 15 to 20 days (shipping fixing etc) even they didnt had battery in stock so they will order if I send them. I had 28 to 32gb stuff on that phone it takes times to take it out it was not backed up. Yes I had 28 to 32gb of data transferred from my android tablet when I got. Eventually I got tired. Today October after three months in 2024, it took me 20days to get all removed from phone and I am tired. It will cost be another 35 to 40 bucks to go back for shipping plus gas or another 75 for battery replacement near my town but as I think and I am done with the issues with device. Lastly, I used samsung A50 unlocked bought from verizon at $340 since it was publish in North america. Very nice. But naah this second one took my brains out. My headache had enough stress. Head, ache and stress from all this issues. May be I wont choose some companies to buy my products. I am regular walmart customer purchase history of above $6k every year with receipt and another $2/3k without receipt. Alias. I am done. I will buy regular pantry and other food but for tech .. Hold it my mind, hold my hand! This man will hold own hands! All I have spending almost a bill is device what charges to use as torch and sometimes call from that torch ...dialing number.
