I ordered two of the same phones for my parents. Both were supposed to be fully unlocked. Once we received the phones I attempted to transfer their information BOTH phones got to the point where the sim card is to be inserted and I could not go any further due to BOTH phones still being locked to their primary provider. A complete waste of time %26 money!!!
