Scratched / faded

I bought two. One of them the screen is completely scratched. Like someone fell and the watch screen was scratched. The second one the screen is fine but the color pink is faded and looks silver. I was expecting it to look slightly used, but not to have a full on scratched a screen or for the gold/ link to be fading and be silver. I don't care much for the charger or box, I knew from the comments I wouldn't get that. I will most likely be returning both.
