The only problem I find is the operating system since it is a 2019 model and it is no longer possible to update it, so some applications are not compatible, but it is really very interesting. And although it is a computer with details, I think the quality in which it is sent could be improved.

To fix a slow Chromebook, try restarting, updating ChromeOS, uninstalling unnecessary apps and extensions, clearing browser cache, and freeing up storage space. If the problem persists, you can perform a "Powerwash" to restore your Chromebook to its factory settings. This will erase all data, so back up important files first.To powerwash, sign out, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+r, select "Restart", then "Powerwash". These products have a 90-day warranty against hardware defects.
