This is so easy to take or add to any drink or smoothie. I didn't realize that my cramping was due to low potassium. I kept increasing my magnesium but without relief. I now know that the two should be taken together. Nothing worse than painful cramps that won't let go of you. I've had them in my hands, forearms, upper and lower legs and body as well.
