A home favorite! We LOVE that it is not sickly sweet with added sugar like so many cereals, so it can be used with savory dishes in addition to its breakfast role. It is great to toss into tomato soup - or any soup really - and for use crumbled as topping for casseroles, fruit crisps, or anywhere you want to add a bit of crunch! So glad we can buy the multi-packs delivered so we never run out.

Colon cancer quite often does not exhibit hardly if any symptoms. Colon cancer is the third highest leading death by cancer. Each one of us should have at least 30 grams of fiber every day. Fiber helps that which is in our intestines continue its flow. Fruit, beans, and other foods are high in fiber. We have to read the labels on the foods we eat. I love the shredded wheat it gives me 8 grams of fiber. Also, add some fruit ( more fiber ). Being health conscious isn't painful. For me Shredded Wheat tastes wonderful plus maybe some blueberries, strawberries. Have a wonderful day “Live long and prosper.”
