Portable Mini Fan

Received the item fast. So great shipping time. Looked good when I opened it. Tried to spin it but it was not free spinning like I have seen many others do. It also had a bit of a grinding sound as it spun. I tried pushing and pulling at it a tad and that helped some. This morning I decided to take it apart. Well found there was a small amount of rust building up. I gave it a few drops of WD40 and it works much better now. Only reason I am not rating as a 5 star is there should be a check before something goes out to a customer and that I had to do work on it myself.

I received the spinner but only one of the light glows and not all 3 as shown. Also this spinner is very light and all plastic. I would suggest better to go with one which is either more sturdy or has metal rings. Also remember if the product is defective you will have to pay for the return(I am waiting for the confirmation from the seller but atleast from the email transaction I could gather that) Would not recommend.
