Buyer beware.
Highly discouraged. I really liked the look and description of this CO monitor for traveling. There are just too many things wrong with it to warrant keeping it, so I returned it to Walmart. 1. States it is a CO monitor, however the label actually shows CO2 (if you zoom in on the picture, you can see the CO2). These are different gases. I don't know what it is actually measuring, because these numbers shown don't correlate with reality. (If there was 1900ppm of CO in my office, we would all be dead, and since I am writing this, I assure you that I am not.) 2. Battery lasts about 4 hours with a full charge, which is just way too short for a CO alarm in a hotel room. 3. Alarm sounds when over limit, which is a good thing, but when silenced, it stays silent, and doesn't sound again until un-silenced. A temporary mute would be a safer solution. 4. HCHO reading would fluctuate wildly, causing alarms to go off randomly. If this would happen in the middle of the night, I would investigate, then silence the alarm and run into the problem of %233, because it takes a long time until the readings return to normal. 5. Temperature and Humidity readings were way out of calibration, by over 20% from actual. So, nothing worked as advertised, and it is not worth the electricity used to charge it. Buyer be warned. I'm going to stay away from this model and look for something entirely different.
