What a wonderful litter box. I had the Petsafe box that turns for years, which my older cat loved but it's no longer available for purchase. I bought this litter box here so I could bring it back to the store if needed. It took a lot of patience to get my 7 year old cat to use the box. The younger cat took to it immediately. I suggest you watch and rewatch all the videos available on youtube which I have done as well. My cats are real diggers so I had an issue with the liner and debris sticking. So after I scrubbed it clean I sprayed it with Atsco silicon spray and put on Seam Seal on all the seams as well to make it extro waterproof. This box is vastly superior to my former favorite box. It is much easier to maintain and holds so much more litter both in the box and the waste bin. My older cat now really appreciates how much more space he has. I kept the box on manual until they were used to it. If I had young kittens I would only run it on manual. That way you will always be there to monitor the box when it's moving as a safety precaution. Only when they were comfortable with it and not afraid of it did I put it on automatic to clean fifteen minutes after each use.
