Pop-Tarts Variety Pack, Strawberry, Cherry, and Blueberry (48 ct.)

The seller advertised the box was a variety of strawberry, blueberry, and cherry pop tarts and that by purchasing on 11Oct22, I would receive the item on 14Oct22. They immediately uploaded a shipping confirmation so I could track. I check on 13Oct22 to see the status. It's not showing the post office received the item and thus will not arrive as expected by 14Oct22. I reached out to ask to cancel the order and receive a refund due to this and the seller ignored my request to cancel and refund due to their error and instead responded back to me on 14Oct22 stating they just shipped it and told me to check the tracking number for when it will arrive. Fast forward 8 days later and the pop tarts arrive. I open the box and find the seller lied about the box they were selling as it only had blueberry and cherry flavors but no strawberry in sight. Also mind you we are in October 2022 and the 4 boxes of pop tarts they mailed me expires 9December22. You read that right. They shipped me old inventory and not even what I ordered. I tried to return it in the store at my local Walmart and they said since the description doesn't match and they wouldn't accept it. On top of that my local Walmart accused me of trying to get one over on them when they noticed it expires December this year. Less than 2 months away. I tried to explain this is the reason I'm returning them and they told me I was lying. I will never do business with Walmart again. I'm so glad Target is just as close as they are my new go to store. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Walmart!!!! Buyers beware of Walmart and the sellers they allow to sell on here. They will stick you with their mistake and say its you instead of them when they mailed you that.
