I never received the product. I ordered if on 11/23/24 for a Christmas present and it was supposed to be delivered by first week of December. When I checked on it's status it was still waiting for product to arrive at New Jersey mailing facility. It kept saying same thing each time I checked. I sent message to supplier through Walmart twice before Christmas and once after with no reply. Then on January 16 I received a message on my phone it had been delivered to my home. It wasn't! When I checked on Walmart website it showed tracking of several places it went to arrive in my city and finally to my home , as it does when you track your packages. It said check with neighbors and wait for 2 days incase it was marked as delivered early by USPS. I waited 5 days and called Walmart to resolve the problem. I was told the supplier shows it is out of stock and they will issue me a credit. What a fiasco! I have ordered other items from Walmart which come from a 3rd party before and actually got the product with no problem. Very disappointed in the lack of communication back each time I reached out and then being told it as at my door over a month late and nothing there or apparently anywhere. Only good communication or dealings I had in whole situation was after I called and got to talk to an actual person and was told they would credit the amount back to my card for the purchase.
