Disappointed!

This was a sixty year anniversary gift for my wife that is very disappointing! She opened it on 5/14/2020.. The “circle of Life” pendant is very nice. However, the delicate tiny 18inch chain was very difficult to unhook and near impossible to connect. Our old feeble fingers cannot deal with it! It is being returned!
