I don't have curly hair or frizzy hair; I just bought this gel to use like I do any other gel--to hold my hair in the style that I want it to stay in. I like the way that this TRESemme' gel holds, and it doesn't make my hair feel sticky. It is a little on the expensive side as far as the amount of gel for the money, but it doesn't take a lot of this gel in order to style my hair, since it is short, so this size tube should last a long time.
