Great When In Window
I basically love this AC, which is situated in my window, not through my wall. This is a relatively quiet AC when placed through the window (loud and vibratory through the wall), and it cools my room nicely. The only criticisms I have his that the ability to control the direction of the vents is limited, and the Economy Save button automatically controls the AC unless I reset it each time I turn on the machine (easy).

Nice Suprise!
I was replacing a previous model that I owned for quite a few years. I was happily surprised by the upgrades in this new model: remote control, digital read-outs, and pleasing appearance. The delivery and installation were excellent.
