Nice experience buying from bbqguys. Called w a couple of questions regarding grill upgrades and craft hardware. All answered which helped me make the decision to purchase from bbqguys. Disappointed free cover offer was not available. Grill arrived on time and assembly was straight forward. Would not hesitate to order again. Haven't found anything cooking wise that could be improved. Lights built into the handle are a game changer for night cooking. Larger wheels would be nice for people who move the grill frequently.

This is an excellent grill

I am extremely pleased with this grill. I have used it about 7 or 8 times (just got it), and so far cannot think of a design change I would recommend, unless they can think of a way to better see that the grill fire is lit when it is very bright out. So far have tried pork chops, various types of steak, even duck breast (tip - fat side down on top shelf first to prevent flair ups touching the meat). I made some eggplant, with slices over the whole grill, and got a consistent product across the whole grill. The grease pan design underneath is excellent, and the side tables are the right size. Few sharpe corners, which I appreciate as I have a small kid (who is nowhere near the grill when I am cooking, obviously). I also think the bigger 9 mm grates improves the grilling experience (and stops small things from falling through). The storage space is really terrific - I maxed out the side storage by adding 3 magnetic hooks to store my cleaning supplies away from the elements. The customer service experience has been excellent as well - there were a couple of parts that came with slight dents or othee issues, and Weber's customer service took care of everything immediately. I do not usually review products, but Weber really earned it with this one.
