Honestly when I opened the box I did not have high expectations. But when I tried it out I was shocked. It really works! I had a big older dyson before but after knee surgery it was hard to push it around. I tried a stick vac and it was fine on the wood areas but it was awful on the carpet and hugs. This thing does it all. I can easily drag it around and the attachments are super easy to use. I can get under the table and couch without having to move anything around. It also gets under the cabinets without having to stop and change attachments like my old vacuum. It is easy to empty too, which is a huge plus. I hate vacuums that are hard to empty. I was concerned it would get twisted or tangled but it really doesnt. It is much easier to use than I expected. This is my first canister vac and I am glad I finally gave it a shot! I will never push that heavy upright around again! It seems to have plenty of suction and got up a TON of dog hair I couldnt see. If you are on the fence, go for it! You wont regret it.
