I prefer cotton underwear mainly because it is safer and that is what I grew up wearing. I would perhaps make my own if I was not disabled and had my equipment. I used to purchase Hanes all the time, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted (I switched from hipsters to briefs for more comfort and coverage) and now I am trying these for more coverage and comfort since I am having difficulty finding briefs, but due to my disability, perhaps these will stay in place better especially when getting in and out of my hospital bed.

Adore these exquisitely comfortable underwear

I'm disabled, I literally sit 24/7. My traditional underwear was constantly riding tightly against the crease of both legs causing soars. I tried boxer style with longer leg but they just bunched up.
