Jergens Natural Glow Instant Sun Sunless Self Tanning Mousse, Light Bronze, 6 oz

This is one of my go to self tanner‘s. I am already naturally tan because I am mixed, and it just enhances the color. I would be careful to put this on your hands and feet as it can appear much darker than the rest of the body definitely use a light coat for those two. Lasts usually 1.5 weeks will stain if you sweat so be careful with light color clothing

One application lasts a good 4 days, and even longer. I get the Ultra Deep Bronze MY ADVICE!: (I do this before bed) 1. fully shower-exfoliate, shave, wash hair, etc. 2. use a small amount of lotion on any rough areas of your skin- allow to fully absorb. 3. use a mit to apply foam, starting at your lower body first SKIP your feet- calves up to thighs, then stomach and up, skip your hands too. (I do about 3 pumps for each calve, 5 pumps for each thigh, and similar application for remaining body) 4. DO NOT add more tanner to the mit when you do your feet and hands. use the already damp mit to do your hands first- try to skip over your knuckles or barely touch them, don't do the inside of your hand. gently go in between your fingers just barely touching. 5. Use the same mit without adding tanner for your feet- avoiding a lot around the ankles and heels. gently go in between toes, lightly. 6. Stand in front of a fan-turning-for a good 10 minute. (you will feel sticky!) 7. After about an hour- WASH your hands with soap. Your hands develop tanner VERY quickly and they so easily become way too dark, especially around the knuckles. Feet are very similiar-I typically just lightly rinse my feet off under cool water-avowing my ankles or legs at all. 7. put on loose clothes and do not get wet for at least 6 hours (besides rinsing hands and feet). Longer will be darker. I lay a dark towel down on the bed and try to fall asleep on my back in the tanner. 8. Wake up super tan and gorgeous. <3 :)
