Instructions
Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Hold bottle upright and squeeze. Fill to fill line. Pour out. Only the correct 10 milliliters dose will pout out. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Great flavor and easy to gargle! Love that it had no alcohol in it, but you still get the clean feeling. Has fluoride which I love, and the flavor doesn't make me gag like other mint flavored mouthwashes. I really like the easy dispense cap that helps you get the perfect amount!

I felt it is good, the taste, the price. I start to use it because my dentist said I have a cavity in one of my teeth and I would need to do inplant sooner or later for that tooth. One doctor said, 'eventualy', it is needed. I just try to prevent the cavity going worse and hope the sitution can keep as is. But whether I can achieve that, it is not easy to know, right. Thanks.
