Helps me get out of car. Don't use it getting in. I'm 6 feet tall: it would work better for a shorter person who keeps their car seat further forward. Product itself is solid & feels nice. Small & easily stores in car door pocket. I do worry if the weight/pressure/force on the car's hinge could eventually break it?
