good looks, good performance

It looks very nice on our "soaking" tub and the shower unit is real handy and has good water flow. The shower is not adjustable, but not an issue for us. The tub primarily belongs to the dog since that is where we bathe him and the shower is mandatory for that. He hasn't given his opinion yet. The installer did mount the faucet and shower head on one side and the handles on the opposite side for space reasons. Works very well.

How do you install it.

the handles seem to require hand tightening. Why isn't there a nut and washer that you can tighten before screwing on the base? The instructions don't address the stem installation which was confusing.
