My lawn looked thin and worn out... bare spots in places... I cut the grass, augmented with some top soil from Lowes, then used the Pennington Lawn Booster, followed with milorganite, and some more top soil augmentation... water twice per day for 3 weeks, and the lawn came is looking really good...
