took no time to get playing. game was ready in five minutes and no silly updates to worry about.i grew up with this on gameboy and was excited to see it available in switch format. really fun strategy game, but definitely feels very pro war/ propaganda at times.

Great remaster; ‘nuff said!

If you enjoyed Advance Wars on the Gameboy Advance then you're going to LOVE the Nintendo Switch version! There really isn't anything to complain about this remaster. From new feature to graphics to voice acting, everything has been enhanced. The campaign mode is still fun and difficult. The multiplayer enhances the game when playing with friends rather than NPCs. You can even create your own maps to battle with your friends. Advance Wars is as good of a RTS as StarCraft or Total War when it comes to tactics. If you're looking for hours of great strategy and gameplay, you'd be foolish to get a copy of this game for your Nintendo Switch; especially considering RTS are few and far between on the console.
