Great basic washer!
I have had this washer for 3 years now. I have used it for everything from large blankets and bedspreads to single items on delicate cycle. It has always done an excellent job of cleaning everything thoroughly without damage or undue wrinkling. I've never had any problems with loads becoming unbalanced. There are plenty of easy to use control settings to customize for whatever type of laundry that I'm washing. I especially like the "Precise Fill" feature. It saves water because I don't have to guess the load size. I also appreciate the "Deep Fill" setting for extra large loads. The only negatives are very minor: The washer tends to make strange noises while operating. However, this is mentioned in the manual as normal. The other minor complaint is that the end of wash chime is very faint. I cannot hear it unless I am close to the machine. All in all I am very pleased with this washer. It has been reliable and efficient. I would not hesitate to buy another like it.

the whole package!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine replaces the GE front loader we had for 19 years. The capacity size was a huge part of the decision. This machine shows where it is in the wash cycle, and you can add clothes after it starts washing. It runs quietly and gets the clothes clean in a decent amount of time. This is the right machine for us!

Washer seems fine. Small scratches on side where carton was crushed. Pics. Delivered by common carrier in driveway unlike Lowe's etc. that would bring it into the house and install it. Left pallet and packaging pieces scattered all over my driveway.
