I really like my Comfort Pro. I was initially worried about the carpet tool without a power agitator but the included carpet tool works great on my shag carpet as well as my sisal area rugs. The suction is great. My only regret is not getting the 6 qt. instead of the 10 qt. I'm 5'9" and I find the 10 qt. to be slightly cumbersome despite the great harness. Also, the belt designed to hold the attachments is awkward. Overall I'm very pleased. Just wish I could have the 6 qt. instead.

Very happy
The comfort pro backpack wacuum has been great. I can get into smaller and tighter areas with it. I can get the job done quicker. I vacuum for 3 1/2 hours straight at one location and it has been great. I found out that I didn't really need the 10 quart but when we add more people I will buy the smaller one.

The Premium Comfort Pro Backpack Vacuum is one of the best vacuums I've ever used. The vacuum power is awesome. I have 6 of the older model backpack vacuums and I can tell you. You can't even compare them to the new Premium Comfort Pr Backpack. I used them on a daily basis with the accounts I clean.
