If you're in to crunchier style bars like Nature Valley (and you're keto/low carb) you'll probably like these bars. They aren't quite as crunchy as the Nature Valley ones but somewhere between a chewy bar like a Kind bar and those. They have good ingredients and I like the low net carbs. Not a whole bunch of flavor but you could taste the lemon oil flavor (it was subtle). I probably would try the other flavor and for a change from a Quest bar or cookie I'd get these again occasionally. Glad to see more products out there with good ingredients and low sugar/carbs.
