This product is amazing!!! I've tried ALL of the different melatonin that dissolves and this one is the best, fastest, and most consitant potency one out there. It dissolves very fast, works very fast, you will not find a better product especially in that quantity and at that price. I highly recommend this to anyone who uses melatonin. No i wasn't paid to say this!

It works
When used with 200 mg of magnesium chelate, it consistently puts me to sleep gently with no grogginess the next morning. Sometimes I stay asleep for 8 hours. Sometimes only 5 hours, but I get up to use the bathroom and usually fall back asleep easily, but not always. I've not used with any teas yet because I am satisfied with the results. I do get strange dreams from using Melatonin, but that is normal, common side effect. 3mg is the average dose for most people. Some say it is way too much and others not enough. Less than 3mg does not give me any effect. I am 300 lbs., 65 years old.
