Lighting Instructions:
WARNING: Never use gasoline or kerosene to start a fire.
- Arrange charcoal briquets in a symmetric pile in center of grill
- Apply 1.6 ounces of fluid per pound of charcoal (approx 15 briquets) uniformly to the pile. Close cap by pressing firmly until it locks.
- Light pile immediately, the starter fuel will burn off cleanly in a few minutes, leaving the charcoal fully ignited.
- Begin cooking when the charcoal is mostly covered with gray ash.
WARNING: DO NOT cover grill until flames have died down and charcoal is mostly ashed over. Accumulated fumes could flare up when cover is removed!

It's a winner

However this one did do a great job and lighting up the charcoal's quickly and easy compared to a few others we have used. Didn't have no off putting smell either. It did its job and will be a new go to for our summer cooking.
