DIRECTIONS FOR DAILY USE
1. Drop one POLIDENT cleanser tablet into enough very warm (not hot) water.
2. Add denture or dental appliance to the soaking solution. Ensure that it is fully covered.
3. After soaking for 3-5 minutes, brush denture or dental appliance with solution using a soft brush. Discard remaining solution immediately after use. Rinse thoroughly underrunning water.

I have always used this product and always cleaned my teeth very white, but they recently changed it and said they made it better but they ruined it, It dont clean as well now and the tablets dont dissolve completely now and it dont smell real good like before. I wish they would go back.
