The new scored bar snaps cleanly into 1/4 oz. pieces, so you can make small batches with the same precision as large recipes. Simply break off four pieces to measure 1 oz. of white chocolate for baking. Love this product and use it very often to keep my grandchildren very happy! But as I have just turned 80, I find it harder to read the recipes on the inside if the boxes. They are printed in very pale ink with very small type. How about going w black ink?!
