In addition, it starts working immediately and is rainproof in 3 hours. Roundup® For Lawns3 is for use on Northern grasses, including Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Fescue spp. including Tall, Red, and Fine Leaf Fescues, and Zoysiagrass. For best results, apply this product to actively-growing weeds during the early growth stages. Use in the spring or fall when daytime temperatures are between 45°F and 90°F. Simply connect the sprayer to a garden hose, turn on the water, and treat up to 5,000 sq. ft with 1 quart. Do not allow people or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried.

Finally a product that works on violets!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to enjoy the purple violets in my lawn, but they have really started to take over. I've tried different products in the past to keep them under control, but with little luck. This product definitely had an effect on the violets. Although the directions say a second application is needed after 2 weeks, many had brown leaves and have now been eliminated. I did not do the second application because I noticed a slight browning of the grass in that area. Dandelions withered within 24 hours. Wild onions... gone! chickweed... gone! clover... gone! I like the dispenser and I recommend this product because it works.

Works awesome on Thistles as well
We had a MAJOR infestation of Silybum and Canadian thistles on our property, mostly concentrated around our septic tanks area. Took 2 seasons of treating with Roundup, and now all clear. Just have to chase those that are blown in from the surrounding area and sprout. I highly recommend this product, as it was proven very effective in this application. And always wear the proper PPE when applying!
