These chimichangas are a solid freezer staple. The beef, bean, and cheese filling is well balanced and actually tastes seasoned, not bland mystery mush. When cooked in the oven or air fryer, the tortilla gets nicely crispy on the outside while staying soft inside. They are filling without being greasy and make an easy lunch or quick dinner when time is short. Not overly spicy, but flavorful enough on their own. For a frozen option, the texture and taste are better than expected, and the 8-pack is convenient for families or meal prep. Five stars because they do exactly what they promise and do it reliably, which is more than I can say for most frozen food pretending to be exciting.
