Dosage
Start with a small amount: it's all you need. Over-application can lead to stickiness. Apply to feet as needed. Mild stinging of severely dry skin is normal but discontinue use if it persists.
Instructions
Apply sparingly to exfoliated skin at bedtime and after shower or bath. Nighttime use is highly recommended as this is the most effective time for moisturizing extremely dry skin. Mild stinging of severely dry skin is normal. Discontinue if you experience excessive stinging or if stinging persists.

7 years of foot pain gone with this product
I have had the worst cracked feet for the last 7 years I sometime could not even walk the crack were so deep. I tried sanding with my dremal I have tried cutting the skin off and every new product that came out and I kept seeing this O'Keeffes on TV I couldn't find in my local stores so I ordered it from walmart because my local walmart did not carry it when I got I put it on my feet and put socks on I did that for two night and my feet are almost perfect now I don't know what is in it but it works and after 7 years of pain I am so happy even when I stayed in the hospital the nurse put it on for me with socks I cried when I could walk with out pain for the fist time in years thank you pleas stock it in the Rohnert Park store also the hand one I gave to a butcher and he loves it
