This Disabled Veteran likes the fact the this allows better control of the flow of fuel from the "can". I don't like the "insulating" that plastic allows. I prefer the ground that metal offers. Even with this, you'll need to place the can on the ground to fill it. And, fumes will still be able to escape, as you fill. Face it - appearances of safety is what one buys.

This gas can is more ergonomically balanced which makes it easier to pour from. I don’t like the spout but that’s what we get now. The handle location makes the spout easier to deal with. Overall for a simple gas can it’s a winner.
