Choose the whitening application method that's best for you! With Cotton Swab: Apply the whitening gel onto a cotton swab and dab onto the entire surface of each tooth you wish to whiten. With a Mouth Tray: Works with any mouth tray. Fill mouth hay with whitening gel as shown on side panel illustration. Gently place tray over teeth and close mouth. Follow basic directions below. With Your Toothbrush: Apply the whitening gel on your toothbrush and with the toothbrush gently dab the gel onto the surface of your teeth. Wait 5 minutes for the whitening action to begin. Then, brush for thorough teeth whitening and cleaning. Basic Directions: Choose one of the above whitening application methods to apply Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening Gel to the surfaces of the teeth you wish to whiten. Important: Wipe off excess gel from your gums or any other area other than your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes for regular whitening. For badly stained or yellow teeth, allow 15-20 minutes. Do not use consecutively for more than 14 days. Immediately after the desired time is reached, rinse the gel from mouth with cool water. Wash hands with soap and water after whitening process. For Best Results: Use twice daily for two weeks. The whitening process begins with the very first application. After the second week, use once or twice a week, or as needed to maintain the white shade you have achieved. Attention: Store Plus White Whitening Gel in a cool, dry place and keep away from sunlight and excessive heat. See complete instructions and directions on back panel.

This is really the best teeth whitening gel and at such a good price! I've been using it for years. It get your teeth so white, that I only need it about three times a year. I usually leave it on just for 5- 10 minutes and my teeth look great. No need to buy all of that that expensive stuff!

Good stuff
I have been using this product for years. Very easy to use, wipe a glob on your teeth, leave it for 5 minutes, rinse. If I use it consistently, my teeth look great. It does not increase my tooth sensitivity but my regular toothpaste is Sensodyne. This product does not take the place of tooth brushing, it is used afterward. Also I don't smoke, so I can't speak to that staining.

Leave it on for longer for optimal results
I've been using this product for years avoiding the harsher ones available. It is a great value and if. you leave it longer than they recommend you can get stellar results but get a mouthpiece or figure out some method that it wont dissipate and loose its effectivity. I leave my mouth ajar for best results while I'm on my laptop. I use it lightly daily but if there is a special event upcoming, I leave it on longer and see the difference.
