Not Happy With LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We as senior citizens put out a large amount of money for our first 75 inch tv we have been saving for a long time. It came with a basic remote that doesn't work Alexa or much else. The tv we like, but if I can't get a remote that works it's going back. So dissatisfied. S# 75UT755OAUA tv. How do I find a Alexa remote please

dinky remote

hey there, after purchasing 55' Lg ut75 after reading a few of these reviews the first thing I noticed was how many people complained about the dinky remote they got with their lg tv's and actually they are absolutely correct . i was disappointed as well but not to the point i would return the 55' i purchased. I bought a 65 " almost two years ago that came with that famous magic remote and still have not been able to figure out but only because I mostly use the remote that xfinity (lit) gives to their customers so the manic pretty much collects dust until just recently started using the apps that came with the tv. anyway Im only just learning the remote that came with it so not sure if all the features (not many) that came with really work. but if not i will return for a new remote. other than that my 55' is only barely 2 weeks old but the picture is phenomenal its not a OlED C3 quality but Ill tell you what it floored me when I first set it up. great job with TV pictures Lg . please work on remotes lol.

B4 OLED

no universal remote works for my B4 series 48" OLE

I got a B4 48" OLED then I decided to get a spare remote that is universal type which mean I need to type a code to match my new OLED... It didn't work at all. the list suggest 2 dozen different code for LG TV , I tried them all wihtout any luck. So I came here to get the same original remote that came with my new OLED . Is it something to do with OLED that universal remotes do not work with?
