Dont trust listings. Playing pass the buck.

It clearly states on listing that BOTH TIE ROD ENDS came with rack. They did not. I contacted Alex at Speed Addict Cycles and although he was pleasant, stated that they the wholesaler do not provide, can not change, and are not responsible for the product listing or its accuracy. The solution offered was to return at my expense for refund or purchase an end kit for $40 Plus shipping. I only purchased through Walmart because I had gift cards to use. I could take it up with the brand (all balls) for the error but just can not justify all the time and frustration. I just need the rig on the road. I can not source locally so will use Amazons 2 day shipping. I will report the listing error to hopefully avoid future frustration.
