A great flavour addition while cooking on the Q!

Easy to use, adds a great flavour to slow cooked beef (as slow as can be cooked on a Weber Q). This takes a little while to start smoking, so not a bad idea to let it run for 20-30 mins before adding meat to the Q. Overall super happy with the flavour and looking forward to trying new flavours in the future.
