Children 3 years of age and older: Give 1 dose at bedtime, and again during the night if needed for up to a total of 2 doses per night.
1. Tear open the foil pouch at the notched edge.
2. Snap off one pre-measured dose.
3. Twist to open.
4. Squeeze entire contents into mouth.

My 2 autistic sons (ages 7%263) are both super picky, yet love these little things. I'm so happy and I hope they stick to liking them! So far so good!:) I highly recommend :) Ease of use is key and it's SUPER easy at our house, which is rare, since they are both so picky. They work on the kids sleep wise. The ingredients are safe (as far as i can tell), and i have seen zero negative side effects.

Boiron makes several different products, all of which are absolutely wonderful! Our children's pediatrician, who is a D.O. and not an M.D., carries and sells Boiron products in her office. As a homeopathic doctor, she's very particular about ingredients, etc. This product takes about 15 minutes to work, and I only administer it when our children are fighting to sleep. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing that the ingredients are safe, natural, and non-toxic. Upon releasing the liquid into their little mouths, I recycle the tube and cap. Boiron is truly a remarkable brand, and this product certainly doesn't disappoint.
