It's simple step-in design allows for quick and accurate application of your compression stockings. The MEDI BIG BUTLER handles are 18" high and it has a 6 inch calf opening designed to accommodate larger legs and wide calf stockings. Stretch the stocking over the semi circle center frame-to the heel. With the heel of the stocking pointing towards you, from a secure sitting position, step into the stocking until your foot is on the floor, then gently pull the butler up by the handles. Smooth and easy as that! Some Larger Products such as Lounge Doctor Leg Rests and Donners may not qualify for Free Priority Mail Shipping due to the large size of these products.

Medi Big Butler
It works however I have to stretch the sock clear to the toe otherwise my foot will not slide into the foot portion of the sock. Also aligning the heel correctly doesn't always happen and I have to fight the sock to get heel in the correct place. Less exhausting than doing it by hand.
