Alexa Connectivity

I'm reserving my review until an Alexa connectivity issue is resolved. Currently, the device is unable to pair with the Alexa App at the demo. location. Read below. I otherwise like the microwave, and have an older model at my grandson's house which works wonderfully. He is blind, and has been asked to demonstrate voice-activated devices to others in the community......so resolving the Alexa issue is very important. Bruno
