Hot Water (Recommended): Add boiling hot water to top fill line. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Microwave: Add water to top fill line. Cook on high for 1 minute. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Overnight Oats: Add water to bottom fill line. Stir and cover with lid. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Caution: Cup and contents may be hot. Store in a cool, dry place.

this is awesome! I take this to work (I cut a hole in lid and put spoon in for on the go) I make in the microwave in a big bowl w double the water...doubles the volume. it is so good. great taste. love it! Sometimes mix in some PB too

I just tried the RX apple cinnamon oats and I really enjoyed it. I wanted something easy and fast that was also filling and this definitely hit all the boxes. I also really like how there are only 7 ingredients in this oatmeal and you can read them all clear as day since they are oats, dates, egg whites, etc.. There are also 3 ways to make these oats too, you can microwave them, pour hot water over them, or make overnight oats with them! I did the microwave version and I was actually very impressed when they came out. You can literally see apples and nuts and taste everything that says that is in the oatmeal. Disappointing
I have tried the maple and the apple cinnamon and really disappointed in the texture. These are very gummy oats. The flavor is very mild, I wouldn't recommend.
