I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. My father has diabetes and suffers from really dry skin on his legs. He has tried many different products, even some prescription, that never seem to work very well. He’s been using this for about a week now and his legs are looking so good. This has aloe in it to help hydrate the skin and I think that’s what is working so well on his legs. This lotion doesn’t have a scent which is great for diabetic skin since it can be very sensitive. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to see the results after a few more weeks of using.

I purchase this for my husband and ensure that he uses the lotion regularly. After several years of use and having diabetes for over 20 years, when he goes to the doctor they always tell him his skin is in excellent shape. Most individuals with diabetes have issues with their skin drying out. With regular use this is the best possible lotion for diabetics but you must use regularly.
