GE 36 Inch Counter Depth Freestanding Side by Side Refrigerator-Slate (GZS22IMNES)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is the perfect size for my kitchen and my use. The water and ice in the door are a new feature for me. My last refrigerator was over 25 years old and did not have this. It is nice to always have ice ready and not have to fill ice cube trays that usually would spill as I put them in the freezer. Being a side-by-side unit, it is easier to see just what I have in the freezer without having to move items around or forget what is in there in the back or under other items. I can control the temperature of either side without having to even open the doors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the refrigerator for 2 weeks but so far, I love it. The ice maker does a full cycle/completion within 12 hrs, and it is fairly quiet. Of course, when the ice maker is making ice, or when the compressor turns on, it is louder naturally but when the fridge is idle, it barely makes any noise at all. I do like the capacity as well as all the adjustable shelves. The freezer compartment is a little smaller than the Kenmore that I replaced, but that was by choice as I could have chosen a bigger capacity refrigerator. The lights are very bright, and the temperature seems spot on.
