Flat plug is terrific!
I was looking for a surge protector for my bedroom that had enough outlets for everything on my night stand. I also needed a flat plug so that the mattress could be pushed a little closer to the wall. The great thing about this plug, aside from being flat, is that you can turn the prongs so you can position the heavy cord in the direction you need. We all know how unwieldy these cords can be. I actually bought two of these surge protectors at the same time so I could use one on the other side of the room and be able to push the chest of drawers closer to the wall.
