While I can still hear dulled sounds through this set of very comfortable and well-fitted, soft, malleable ear plugs, they allow me a more restful night's sleep. My inner ear doesn't feel sore or overstretched in the morning once they are removed. We sleep with a sound machine and window a/c unit to buffer outdoor sounds nightly, because I am a very light sleeper.

I especially like this style of earplugs, that are flared out on the ends. That makes them easier to pull out. While those ear plugs that don't have that flare on the end can get stuck sometimes. Although they recommended tossing them out after just one use, I've used them many times over, and there washable, and still work pretty well.
