Not made by Moen standards

Six months ago I had three bathrooms remodeled. I purchased three sets of the Eva toilet paper holders and three sets of the Eva towel rings in brushed nickel. Almost from the start I noticed that the bars for the paper and the towel get loose and wobble! They are very flimsy! The Eva bath line is very attractive, but I need a resolution for these defective products please.
