I've always loved Pantene products; this is a good shampoo and conditioner in 1, it cleans my hair really well and smells good. I like that I don't have to use 2 different products. Having a 2 in 1 saves time in the shower, also helps with my arthritic shoulder so it doesn't take me so long to shampoo my hair. The only thing, whoever packaged this in the Walmart bag, put my shampoo, detangler and hair spray in the bottom of the bag and the 15 lb. jug of kitty litter on top (what?) which crushed the Pantene bottle. The kitty litter should have been delivered by itself and the other items in a bag.
