Long history of use of I-Caps
I don't normally review products, but I have used this product for years. I started using this product after hearing that the Lutein and Zeaxanthin help the eyes. Both my grandmother and father suffered from macular degeneration long before my age now. I started taking it daily before they had suffered from the first effects. I have had no occurrence of it so far and am years older than they were. I don't know if this product has helped prevent that in me or other reasons, but I am not taking a chance.
